The power hitch is my life saver!!

I have to enter my basement from the rear of my house and the truck & boat are too long to line up to the garage door without hitting my fence in the back yard.

So with this, I just pull in....unhook.....hook it to the battery powered power hitch and walk the boat right in with the flip of a switch. It has an on-board battery charger and I just plug it right into the wall.

It's geared very low to push up to 10,000 lbs with up to 500 lbs of toung weight. Coolest inverntion ever.

Here is the website for this product, they are in Atlanta.

Bad news...........I had to trade my Tacoma V6 for a Nissan Titan V8 with 4-wheel drive. I was smoking the clutch pulling 6,000 lbs out of the boat ramp the first time. Very ugly.

I made an even trade (2006 Tacoma with 70k miles for 2006 Titan with 20k miles / 2 wheel for 4 wheel / stick shift to an automatic). I got a hell of a deal but I already miss the Tacoma.

I was considering the power hitch but I think widening the gate is gonna be cheaper

Wish I could move my fence back, but its a 20ft drop off...

I hear ya, that would definitely be cheaper.

Yeah I don't have that problem, its sounds like a lifesaver for you, but since my gate's problem is that it's only 3" wider than my trailer and my back yard is unimproved, it will be cheaper for my to get a wider gate and use the old 'lanche to get 'er in there.
