Did you try to take it out while the engine was hot? Post some pics, hopefully Skip will see this, as he had this problem before......

is there a kawi dealer where you live? Would be best to let them do it if the ski is still in warranty. They were warranting the plugs because of over tarque....your problem could be a result of the over torque.

    Screw extractor

I think you could get one of those screw extractor kits from Sears
for about $30. It screws and drills into a bad fastner (your plug) and
once it is set you "screw it out"

here's a BMW guy who had that kind of problem.

the screw extractor is a possiblity but remember that we are dealing with a head. Anything "knocked" lose or drilled all the way threw will end up in the cylinder and or damage the threads/head itself. BE VERY CAREFUL.

You are going to need to pull the head off to safly remove that one.

Mine broke the threads but not the ceramic center probe.

It will be best to pull off the head to aviod and pieces dropping into the motor.

Service Manual. Buy one if you don't have one. It's similar to a bible for cases like this. A few places will have them. Kawasaki, Rrated, Online store. I actually have the manual in my car. I'll try to photo copy everything and email it. No promises....

I just looked over the service manual and there's to many pages to copy. Looks like your gonna have to remove the engine and go from there. Sorry
