    RPM a little high... but!

I took some pitch out since my last run (in CA) and got this. Had multiple passes at 74.4+. Unfortunately the rpm was 8500-8550, a tad bit high without valvetrain improvements.

68 water, 70 air, 62% humidity, three bars of gas.

Hmm, the three seat race is on! Looks like your in the lead at the moment.I`m around those numbers but didn`t get a chance to gps her before the head gasket blew.Might have to see if I find anything extra while the heads off. You`ll have to watch out for Red Devil as he`s real close with his old engine so he`ll be quick when Nils gets done with it.Congrats on the numbers.

Jeff, If you have the New reflashed RR ECU than leave the pitch, and lighten that valve train to stay reliable. At least RR valve spring retainers, spring shims, and the RR cam gear. Do you have the Venturi mod yet? You can always ring down to drop some rpms.

    P.S. Great #'s for the 3 seaters

Jason... you're right, an adjustable nozzle would be the ticket right now. I suppose I'll have to spring for the lighter valvetrain components... adding pitch to lower rpm is the wise thing to do currently, but the thought of losing some speed ain't fun

Jeff, congratulations i think you have the fastest GTX/RXT platform ski on the planet with no internal mods. My hat is off to you. Very impressive!

Now get some lightweight valve spring retainers and spring shims before you drop a valve

Scott... I am using the latest version of the 4501 (racing) ECU.

CRS... I love your signature. At my age, I thrive on treachery!

PR... thanks, but I imagine you and CRS will be right on my heels or beyond shortly.
