Riva Stage II vs. Stage III

I am seriously considering doing the Stage III setup for my 06' RXP over the Stage II I had ordered just 2 weeks ago. I spoke to my dealer today and he said I can have the Stage III ski by mid to end July from Riva themselves (Whole Ski). 1,300$ more with all the stuff I was adding onto my Stage II craft that the III has already. I don't see why not going for it. But is the Stage III just as reliable? I am also going for the High-Flow hood, and Throttle conversion and Seat cover the Stage III does not have. I'm just a little bit worried if I'm using it all summer long w/ reliability issues. I know for sure, it's gonna be scary fast and one hell of a ski. Any feedback appreciated. I need to know by Friday to go along with it. Thanks

A little off topic but has the dealer said anything about the warranty with the stage III?

warranty is gone, I have most of the parts for the stage 3 preordered and they made it clear to me that installing the ecu will void my warranty. In fact the ECU comes dead and needs to be programmed by an authorized dealer and the only way to have that done is to actually get into direct contact with sea doo and they void your warranty right there through your hull number. No call no ecu activated.

This bothered me because I just got my ski about a month ago and added 5 more years warranty to it and was hoping I could cancel, luckily the extended warranty isnt through seadoo, so if something goes wrong the claim goes elsewhere and they probably wont know any better and pay off the claim as they do now even on modified skis so I didnt feel so bad.

Did you ever go stage 3? If you did was just wondering how you liked it. I am close to stage 3, just need the ECU, Valve work, and injectors, then maybe tweak the prop. I hear it makes a big difference, but is about $2000 to do it.
