Pipe block off for Jetworks question
I know most of us use a rubber gasket to stop the water but has there ever been a metal one made? Reason why I ask is I just don't like the rubber I guess.

I made mine from a sheet of dead soft copper. Very easy to do. I got the copper from hobby supply store not an r/c shop one of the artsy fartsy stores. They call it punch metal. I just traced it from the old gasket minus the holes for the water and cut it out. It took about a half hour. I used 3m 1211 to help seal it up. No problems been in the boat for about a year.
