    SC bearings

My 06 rxt has 14 hrs on it. I'm going to send it in shortly to Jerry (since he is like a super hero according to everyone on this forum ) to have the washers replaced. With only 14 hours, should I buy replacement ceramic bearings as long as it's being sent in, or should I wait until I put more hrs on it to do this? The money is not an issue. I just want to make my machine as reliable as possible. Thank you. Everyone has been very helpful!

With only 14 hours save your money for other mods.

When you send the supercharger back to me at 100 hours for new washers i'll put bearings in at that time.

    Thanks

No doubt, Jerry has passed on the same bearing advice to me at least 3 times now.

But I ended up spending it with him on other items anyhow

Yep, just do the washers now...wait until the 100 hour rebuild to put in ceramic bearings. Best bank for your bucks!!

Do the ceramic bearings really help with anything performance wise? I know they are more uniform and exact, but is this only to reduce heat?
