    05-08 GP1300R Differences

    Any change other than colors/graphics?
I hate the gold but if I can save some bucks and paint or swap plastic, that would be cool.
Is there any one or two things you would change or alter on your 05-08 1300R that is NOT speed related.

They are the same from 05-08. I wish the GPR had a stronger pump tunel..

Yea, and while you are in that area seal the pump. Cavitation makes the GPR a pig out of the hole (besides other things)

    1. Intake grate (1200 if you are leaving it stock)
    2. seal pump shoe and reinforce tunnel.
    3. Remove cat install D-plate
    4. Jetworks mod.

This will give you a nice reliable stock ski.

You are getting serious now, aren't you Al? I can see it. You are going to love having the MSX older brother sitting there.

I'm looking forward to the combination of skis and I'm going to turn up the heat on the stageII Matrix, no reason it can't run 75 all day long.
