Well I know 8000 is where she wants to run, but I will say I think you are the fastest STOCK P-X so far

That is what I was seeing on mine when it was stock.

    EDIT:

    Seat
    Full tank
    4 hours (at the time)
    trim 2 clicks up

    69.9 @ 8160 RPM

I never had the GPS on me when I did speed runs and low on gas.

One thing I have noticed is what Jerry said about the X skis making peak power at 8000 RPM. All the other P-X's I have ridden or seen reports on have run the same speed at 8100+ RPM as 8000 RPM.

I've done 70 a couple times, but mostly high 69's. GPS, low on fuel, 14 hrs, @ 8120-8140.
    Another friend says 70 also.
And yet another hasn't even hit 4 hours and he got his before me?

On a stock RXTX with just sitting on seat with half fuel I was seeing 69.5. Then with 2-3 bars in superman position I was running 70.5 stock.

Was that a GPS reading or the speedometer?
