    New RXP rider

Hi guys! Great site Jerry! Just had a question. I bought a 2004 RXP recently. My first mod was probably the least expensive (OPAS blockoffs)and I want to continue adding a little bit at a time. Thinking of getting the RIVA top loader grate next.

I'm a fairly big guy. 6'3" 240lbs so I'm just wondering what some of you "heavier" guys are seeing on the GPS with a stock RXP. I know weight makes a difference which is one reason I was glad to get rid of that dead OPAS weight.

    Thanks!
    Ryan

    Welcome!

You started off with some good mods, you'll like the riva grate. Maybe look into a repitched solas impeller!

I haven't seen weight effect speed as much as heat does.

I think Green Hulk is right at your size and he's 77 MPH on his ski this week

I'm 6'6" and about 255 (give or take a few from week to week), and I get a solid 69 mph in 70 degree weather. All I have right now is the block-off's.

Given your size I would spend your first dollars on the wider handlbar kit and finger throttle. Board member way2fast can give you the best pricing on it.
