My understanding is that the regular 1999 SLTX is a 1050, and the SLTX-B (X-45) was a 1200 engine. Since this one doesn't have the X-45 graphics, it would be the 1050 motor, I imagine.

Elsewhere I have read that the 1050's (rated 120HP) were not much slower than the 1200 (actually 1165cc). Only 115cc difference.

The 99 is a little faster due to better carbs 40's vs. 38's and it also has the s.s. 6 vein pump stator. The 99 is a little heavier due to the hull being a little thicker in the back. The 99 also has a compass on the MFD not that it matters much.

Yes that's a 99. 96 thru 98 had different versions of purple...the 99 they went red and the 99 X-45 they went blue.

The buy it now price is pretty good...wonder what the reserve is...either way it's a good deal if it's running good. Just one problem with the ad though, it's not a LIMITED edition it's an ANNIVERSARY edition...there were over 1,500 of these made.
