Steering alignment after wedge install
I installed a Riva wedge on my RXP today and after I got it installed the steering was way off like the instructions mentioned but I couldnt align it with the extension adapter they included in the kit has this happened to you guys? I drive an 06 and doubt its different but the only way I could get things straight was "without" the adapter, it turned to much to the right and needed it to go in more or stock length you can say to straighten things out. I then adjusted the reverse because the handle wouldn't sit all the way back down. Just wanted to know if this is common. I know everything is fine on the ski but its one of those things that has me thinking why didn't I have to use it did I do something wrong even though the wedge couldnt be any more straight forward.

Yep you have to adjust it from the front under the store compartment.

but what difference does it make if everything is straight now the way I did it at the back without the extension or does it not turn as much this way and need to put the extension on and adjust from the front?

Now you just need the VTS Extention Rod so you can trim far enough down.

When i originally posted the thread I had yet ride but after today that thing definately needs to be aligned it pulls to the right a lot and barely turns to one side, Im going to install the extension again and see how I can mess with it under the storage compartment.
