baby bubble anchor
i saw one of these at the st. pete rally.... tried to order one, but found out they are dicontinued ... were can i get a anchor that works!!!???

We just use an anchor that looks just like a boat anchor, just its smaller. It works really well, even holds when Lake Michigan gets up to 3-4 footers.

I never get tired of these box anchor threads. I think if you slather liberally with Fluid Film you'll get better glide and less corrosion. Avoid getting sand in moving parts though.

I use a beach umbrella holder like the one in the picture. Had a boat type anchor that I bought with my ski and it didn't work very well in the sand of Lake Erie. So I kept the line with the hook and secure that to the umbrella holder. Screw the umbrella holder into the sand and presto, it works well and you don't have to lug cinder blocks around like some of these knuckle heads I see.
