SeaDoo rub rails?
I'm about to butcher my RXT rub rails in order to get a splash guard to fit. Are there any places to get replacement rub rails or the center inserts? I'd kinda prefer a different color insert anyway... Thanks.
Extra Credit: what about replacement SeaDoo hull side stickers? I've looked at PWCGraphics.com but are there others that will have SeaDoo replacement stickers in various colors?

Yeah, my RXT is naked right now too but I kinda miss the SeaDoo hull stickers. Ordered some white ones from PWCGraphics.
So has anyone installed a splash guard on a RXP/RXT? The rub rail is "U" shaped and probably has to have one side cut off. Hope I don't kill anything...

Okay, totally confused....
WHERE does the BSD (bow spray deflector) go? Does it get sandwiched between the bow and the rub rail or does it go behind the lip? WTF @#$%^&*? Anyone got close ups of how they did theirs?

Man it's been a long time since I installed the BSD, but here is my best memory. I think I used a 3/16 drill bit to remove rivets. Remove rubber nose protector. Allign BSD to tell you how far down the sides of the hull to remove rivets. Pull back rub rail to expose rivets. Remove rivets and pull back rub rail holder. Put BSD under rub rail holder. Drill holes through BSD into hull holes. Replace rub rail holder and insert screws. I can't remember the screw size, but I bought bigger screws than the ones that come with the BSD installation kit. Use lock nuts to secure screws to hull. Replace rub rail and nose cone.

1. remove front bumper
2. remove rub rail inserts
3. drill out rivits on rub rail as necessary
4. pull back rub rail on each side a bit
5. position BSD behind rub rail and mark end positions
6. trim bottom lip of rub rail as needed to accomidate bsd
7. follow manufacturers instrustions for attachment of bsd
8. by trial and error, trim a little off of the bottom of the front bumper at a time untill fits properly .
9. reinstall front bumper
