    Will this work to check fuel pressure?

    See diagram below....would that be a proper set up for testing the fuel pressure on a set of pro 785 carbs??

    Everything I added to the diagram is in red...

    As I recall, as long as it's before the restrictor the pressure should all be the same.

    Yes, before the return restrictor. Most of us have the restrictor on the hose leading to the tank and install the gauge inbetween the carbs and return restrictor.
    I install the gauge of my Trippple boats just before the fuel line enters the carbs after the fuel pump.
