    Question 2 birds 1 stone

Right then i have two questions. 1st i have just installed my thru hull and it is rubbing on the plastic air inlet pipe from under the seat, is this normal or should i heat the plastic up and form it away from the exhaust pipe????? 2nd ? i have been working on my ski all winter and the coolent tank has spent a bit of time in the lower part of the hull rather than always up high. I ran the ski to day for the first time with all of the mods and i noticed that the water level in the tank is up above max when last year it was always in the middle somewhere. i havent changed or added to the coolent atal, just wonderin if i need to do something about this or will it just settle down itself???? Any help would be gr8. Thanks R8

I would try to move the air pipe so it dosen't run on the thru hull. Heating and bending a small spot is a good idea.
I believe your coolant may have some air bubbles in it. I would just keep a watch on it. After riding and jumping some it should settle down.

The exhaust pipe can be further positioned by loosening the waterbox strap and Jpipe clamp, and rotating the unit as a whole...Remember, all the skis are assemebled with "general" locations for some items, and not all ski's are assembled the same...

The precise location of some aftermarket parts requires you to MAKE them fit...
