HELP! GP1300R POWER LOSS whwn SUBMURGED under water ?!?!

    HELP! HELP!

2003 GP1300R looses power after several waves cover ski compleatly. I ride it in the ocean.
Runs perfect on flat water, once get's covered by few waves, almost instantly engine looses power ... rpm falls to 3000 and it keeps running consistent for about 30 - 60 sec with no power... then all of sudden power is back!?!!!?! Back to Full RPM!

If I beach the ski right after -
Engine compartment is clean( maybe just a little bit of water at the bottom, 1" or less)

I Replaced: CAT with Power core, Gas tank Breather Valve, disconnected oil breather valve, cleaned out gas tank and oil tank, replaced Guage cluster (old one was getting moisture behind glass) with used one. New Spark Plugs, Disconnected water seporator and oil breather I was suspecting this was the problem.

    Nothing helped!

    ANY IDEAS ANYONE ?!?!!

    Thank you!

    Thank you for your welcome!

Waves are usually big, it was rough this wekkend, 4-5 foot waves.

When boat is dry it does great ... full power even when goes through the wave, but after 3-4 waves cover the ski ( fully submerge it) power cuts back 3-4000 rpm ... and it sounds funny (deep base) ... but never cuts out or miss fires.

I can jump waves for hours with full power as long as nadle bars and guage stays dry ( or just little water)
It runs perfect on flat water for hours ... 65-70 mph all the time.

???? Could it be that water going under guages and down the wires ??? Is there safety mode that engine goes into when computer senses ski is fully submerged?

Shoudl i silicone all the holes behind guages and try?

I've tried everything, so any sugestions would be greatly appreciated.
I was told that I would find expert advice on this site, and I am hoping someone can help me.

I would put dielectric grease in all electrical connections but it may just be starving for air. Put your head underwater and try to breath
