is this to much for my prop

ok look at my thumb print it tell what i have done and i have not yet filled my ride plate holes and on chopy water with full tank of gas im running 72.7 at 8200 prolly could hit 73 on glass but a buddy of mine said i might be running to much for my 14/19 and also how much of a gain would i get if i filled my ride plate holes

and on the ride plate would it be smart to paint it cus i was think of using all-metal body filler and then paint and wet sanding my ride plate smooth would it be bad to do this

From what I have read, you should NOT paint the ride plate. The ride plate is also the heat exchanger for your cooling system and you will not get the proper heat transfer through the paint. Your engine will likely overheat.

I'm sure some of the more experienced forum members will chime in soon...

thats the exact set up I"m about to purchase. How do you like it?? I wouldn't think its to much for your prop, unless your running the bigger sc wheel?? its basically stage one, with exhaust in ic right?

I do not think you have to large of a prop.

Your speeds seem about right for the mods.
