    RXP-X Scratch

Saturday at the lake my girl ran my waverunner into the dock. It has two pretty good scratches on top of the bow. I was wondering what would be the best way to take care of them. Its not a big deal. Just wondering if there is anything effective and easy that I can do.

now if you wanna fix it, get some a gelcoat repair kit from www.gelcote.com and patch it up, then wet sand it smooth and use lighter and lighter grit to finish it, then buff it with polish to get it to blend and shine.
not real hard, but probably wont be perfect, but pretty close.
    OR
just seal it, dont bother trying to get it perfect and put a sticker on it

Lextoy.. Thanks for your help. I learned my lesson thats for sure. I tried to post pictures on another thread but couldn't figure out how to post them. So I didn't bother taking pictures. I looked at it yesterday. There is actually several scratches. Most of them aren't bad or that noticable. It kind of skidded up under part of the dock. It sucks thats for sure... brand new ski!

maybe go to a car body shop somewhere near by and see if they will let you borrow some rubbing compound.
