Which Plate Do you Prefer RIVA or R&D
Hi guys trying to get a feel of what plate people prefer in original form so no FF or Island plate just a original RIVA or R&D in normal condition to medium chop & why.
Why i ask have a few guys here are confused on which plate to buy and don t have the money for a Modded plate and don t get on green hulk much at all so i said ill post for them iam not shy to ask lol.
There after the best all rounder plate for there riding condition they are aware if its really rough the stock plate wins.
At the moment the RIVA plate is winning because its cheaper and a few of tehre friends have and swear buy it whats your thoughts.

That was my opinion but they wanted to get a feel from other forum members personally I use my FF plate at .880 the RIVA plate slides too much I think

Paul i use the .880 for when i go on social rides with a few guys gets though the rough stuff a little better then my fast angle. Not much speed loss with the .880 about 1 to 1.5mph.

R&D all the way
Mike, I think Mark will be selling his Riva plate soon as he's getting an FF plate, so keep that in mind if anyone is after one.

I like the R&D better. The Riva can be made fast. I just dont like the big gap between the forward edge of the ride plate and the pump shoe.
