Here's a video my frat bro made of us tubing when we took my ski on the river.

    A classic!

I was expecting it to rain blood at the end.

I suggest you do the next one using the "Toxic Waltz" - get caught up in the whip

Haha, I'll pass the along suggestion to him for the next video. All credit goes to him.

He asked if it should have a texas country song in the background since the majority of our frat listens to it and I said "Nah man, heavy metal or any rock is a MUST for the Ultra."

What's the best speed you've found for tubing?

    About 30mph.

40+ and your sending the guy a death wish. There's a part in the clip where one of the guys is getting pulled around 41 during a straightaway.

It's all about keeping no slack in the rope and slinging from left to right hitting the wakes.

I sent a guy flying at 60+. It was his idea! He kept saying faster, faster. So I did and he went from the left mirrior to the right mirror airborne.. After that, I would never tie a tube to my ski again.

get a 100 foot rope for faster tubing. it allows for the tuber to breathe

my buddy and i have skim boarded behind my ski at 60 mph for several seconds before letting go and skimming 100 yards w/o rope.
