Plugged Riva intercooler and melted plastic rear exhaust pip

Is there a manufacturer that makes a non plastic exhaust that will replace the Riva one, and will a dealer have to reset my computer to get rid of the constant HI TEMP display?

rotax racing makes TWO metal pipes.

    1. a pipe that uses the Riva thru-hull fitting and the block-ff... all u get is a new pipe and new couplers for $180

    2. COMPLETE kit gets you a billet exhaust thru-hull fitting, block-off plate, pipe, and couplers for $280

if you currently have a hole drilled in ur ski for a Riva pipe, then you will need the 180 dollar RXP or RXT pipe, depending which ski u have

and to answer ur other question... you are getting HIGH TEMP FOR A REASON. find the source and what is causing it... you can't just go to the dealer and have it turned off.

it could be a clogged intercooler, pump strainer clogged... flush everything out thoroughly.

Only the dealer can clear the Maint display. That is just the reminder to bring your ski in for service.

Thanks for the info, I also found out from Riva that there plastic is good to 300 somthing degrees and the hi heat senser goes off at 200, sooooo don't do like I did and try to clear the blockage with more throtle, you'll melt a $100 pipe and still have to backflush anyway.
