Need a busted upper case half 1200/1300

I am making a honing fixture and need a upper case half to bolt cyls.

Preferably one that is not useable for and engine build, but the top surface good.

Let me know what you have.

    Thumbs up

Works good.. you can then bolt it to a bench or set it on the floor. We used upper cases in our Rottler power hone. Its the easy way to make a quick fixture.

Dan says it will be great for what you need. Its actually not that bad, possibly repairable even.

    PM him your shipping info.

Be aware that if your doing plated cylinders that they should be brushed around 10 passes after honing. Depends on machine and stones being used but most need the clean up.

You may want the complete case. If your using diamond you need to load it pretty hard... you dont want it coming loose. Been a long long time since I used a CK series (nice machines though), but the rod should fit through the gpr mains.

My Brother is a machinist and the last set he did with 3 chucked up to the exhaust manifold (3 cores to practice with). We may have to machine the case a little to fit the bar (level) since the bearings are different sizes.
