18.5 foot boat with an I/O on it ? sounds heavy, lol.... but cool, congrats.

i miss our boat... that's why i got myself a ski, i was pissed when my parents has to sell our boats and i needed to find a cheap way to get back on the water myself.

the boats we had actually were larsons also... a 22 Hampton, and a 310 Cabrio. the 31 footer was pretty quick... twin Mercs with Bravo III outdrives. talk about lotsa prop dual counter-rotating props on each outdrive.

boat did an honest 54-55 mph... not bad for a 31 footer

this will go 60...its a sterndrive 5.0l volvo...should last forever from what I have heard...

You have any probs with the Larsons?

It will usually only have 2-4 people on it so thats why we went with the 186...and the price was RIGHT ON!
