Is there a detailed procedure anywhere about painting jetski plastic parts?

I would love my whole raider to be white and black.

Luv your ski, well done so far!

i have searched all over the net for different ways. What i have found out is that you need to use a epoxy primer. I think PPG makes a paint that is made for plastics too. If you search seadoo xp paint on yahoo or seadoo decal removal. There is a video of what type he used. I just used epoxy since it is what i use to resurface tubs with. First i just took a red 3m pad and cleaned with soap. Then dried off and shot a coat of primer. Then i came right over that with trim paint made by dupli-color. Then let it dry for like three days. I have done a test and i didnt epoxy the back bumpers. But i can already tell that the pieces sprayed with epoxy are way stronger then the pieces without. The front bumper was painted with epoxy and i can flex it all around without cracking.

The rest of the ski was stripped down and primered with epoxy primer then top coated with a 1 stage chevy white. All other pieces are exactly only spray paint. The nose piece i painted with engine paint to resist fuel.
