I would think with 150 lbs of compression and a 1 layer gasket (why?) You would need something bigger than a 13/19. Im no pro tuner but that seems like a small prop for the bottom end that kind of compression would lay down... Is your pump sealed properly? You sure its prop spin and not cavitation??

whats the difference between prop spin and cavitation?
cavitation is supposed to be like a slipping clutch... what would prop spin be like?

I think cavitation and prop spin are pretty much same thing. With your mods I would think you would need to pitch prop up as well. what are your max rpms at top speed? could also be that pump is not sealed or not sealed properly. That in itself made a HUGE difference in my ski. In one week I basically tested incorrectly sealed, then totally unsealed, and sealed right.

Are you running the JetWorks mod ?

If you blip the throttle and then get back on it does it do the same thing ? By blipping the throttle you are clearing out the waterbox.

Again.. Im not a pro... and learn that I know half of what I think I know everyday... I THOUGHT prop spin was from being under pitched and cavitation is air in the pump...

Everything is sealed properly, and yes I think you are right about cavitation. I know the differance by feeling it. It feels like I am not being able to push out enough water because of my prop. So, Inkaddict I think you answered my question. Maybe 14/20 for prop....
Yes I am running jetworks mod and my RPM's are at 6950....

if your rpm's are 6950 the last thing you need to do is pitch UP...... if anything buy a 14/20 and pitch down.... the hub is bigger on a 14/20 and will always be able to process more water than a 13/19 pitched up...

At 6950 rpms you have a problem other than your prop... Thats low for a ski with reed stuffers and high comp head

stuffers dont do much, and i bet he doesnt have 150lbs of compression, riva's 41cc heads even with one gasket only gave me like 140, with a new top end.....
