Hey Shibby too bad your ski isnt running - Some pics for you
So i was out enjoying the HONDA today, and decided, what the hell, I'll go shoot over to long island real quick.
Here's some pics from long island sound, as you can see, it was really quite rough!
It gets sorta deep out in the middle of the sound.

oooomg. I woulda loved to have been on the sound on a day like that
yea that sound can get REAL REAL deep... u'll find some spots well over 100 feet deep.
i'm tryin man, i'm tryin. Once my ski is back together i'll hit up the north shore and hope to god the conditions are half of what u had in those pictures. musta been an awesome day on the water today.

hey do those big boats put out good wake??

surprisingly not really.... on the hudson there's some damn large tugs and barges, something you would think would throw a near tidal wave... i've seen 20 foot boats throw bigger waves than those barges. and plus in the LI sound and on the hudson they aren't really tearing thru there.
When i run across barges and tugs about 5-10 miles off shore in the ocean, those suckers are haulin ass and throwin a sickkk wake to have fun on

not usually from what I remember...Its usually the ones that are plowing thru the water half on plane...
What time of day was the pic taken?? Looks like early morning water...
