    Wedge on RXP

Has anyone got any more speed with a wedge on the rxp. i know on the rxt but not sure about it on the rxp. Do you need to run the longer trim rod with the wedge or does it not really help.

You will gain 1-2mph with the wedge if your ski is currently under the 80mph mark. No you don't need the trim rod. If you know how to position your weight on take off you're fine without it. Same goes for riding in chop. But I guess it could be a nice thing to have with the wedge.

Not necessarily. You can adjust the steering from the front per Shibby's instructions in the how-to section of the forum.

I did that too. Adjusting the steering on it's own wasn't enough for me. Could be different on other skis though. But I will say it can't hurt to have that steering extension.
