I was told that there is a place towards the right side of the engine that is a lube point. some kind of small hose that we need to lube that feeds the supercharger. can anyone give me some info on that.

It could be the throttle body lube point. It is on the 06' and up models.

i was told its not for the throttle that it is something separate for the sc.

it is a throttle body lube port. its a little yellow nipple, sorta on teh front right of the plastic engine cover. it is to keep the throttle body from corroding and getting stuck.
it could also be used to fog the intake tract, but, is not a great way to winterize, still follow regular winterization techniques.
it is true it also lubes the SC, but this should not be done alot, imagine droplets of oil getting sucked into your SC fan blades at 20k RPM.
just fog at idle. once a month maybe if you ride alot. or if you think you ingested a little water.
to my knowledge there are not any other lube points on a the 4 tec skis.
