My RXT works pretty well with the RIva. However although mine pulls hard through the chop I do feel a lot of power being lost when it comes unhooked. I think for the chopier water the WORX is the way to go. I may have to get my hands on one to try it. I dont want to lose any top speed though.

Best grate on a RXT non X model is the stock grate PERIOD. Don't know what to tell you bout the X though. I would just hack the wings off and give up a little bit of hook up for the speed gain. Just my 2 cents though.

I have to disagree. I tried both back to back and the riva won hands down. Nearly 1 mph gain and hooks wayyyyy better than the stock one on slight-mid chop.

Geo, i tried it and lost speed and the hook up was only better in the 1 foot chop but anything bigger than that just didn't seem to stay as hooked as the stock grate. Who knows i'm going to give a modified riva grate i have a test whenever i get my RXT done but at this point i'll be lucky if thats this spring
