rxp x engine checklight on po111

hi,i have just had my 10 hr service & recall work carried out,ran ski for first time but after a couple of hours the engine check light came on with codes po1227 & po111.is anyone able to tell me what the codes are so i can check the problem myself as dealer is a long way away.also noted they left the flush connector connected, does that have any effect if run with adapter in place.

    thx nick (uk)

0111 Intake Manifold Temp Sensor functional problem

1227 i cant find on the Seadoo thing but in the car OBD2 world it means, Injector Circuit Cylinder 3 Short To Ground or Wastegate Failed Closed (Over Pressure), wierd

Dont run the ski with the fuel adapter in it as this can cause overheating.

The flushing adapter will not cause it to overheat (I'm assuming you are talking about the one in the pump tunnel) It will actually cause more water to go through the exhaust and waterbox, but not very much more.

Yes i mean the one in the pump tunnel, i heard that this can cause overheating because this were the water exits and the flushing adapter lets less water exit which results in less cooling water going around the engine?

Why would you run the ski with the adapter in there when its not needed.

That to me is like carrying the AC charger still attached to your cell phone when you leave the house.
