    RXTX VTS Not working

My vts is stuck one up from middle. Will not move.
Ski is at 15 hours. Have not taken it to dealer yet. Changed oil and spark plugs myself.
Is computer doing this? Any ideas anyone?
By the way, fuse IS NOT blown.

are you just looking at the gauge and it's not moving when you press the VTS button or have you checked at the back that it's not really working?

Really not working, could the BUDS system be doing this since I have not taken it in yet?

If the indicator or the display is still there, then it could be a number of things. If there is no indicator on the display there was an issue with previous RXP's where after a dead battery or disconnection of the battery the ski would default to an RXT in terms of how it was prgrammed. Its rare none the less but I have seen it on two different RXP's. I am not sure how the 07/08 are programmed as all info is displayed at once, but with 04-06 when you scrolled through the modes you would see a depth finder mode, but no longer would have the indication for the trim level. The buds would have to be reprogrammed by your dealer to resolve this.
Anyhow, the above is only known to occur after your battery dies (rare) or is disconnected (extremely rare), and I am not even sure this can happen now on the 07/07's. Just thought worth mentioning.

Yes, the Bud system works in mysterious ways. especially if your not hook up to it yet and think otherwise it is doing what it should be doing. Bro, YOU have a new ski. You are the first one I think to post this problem But give them time and you will have your answers. For the meantime, get off the internet and off you go to the dealership and let us know what happened. You could be the next supper X star that solve the problem. share the info with us Bro! May the 4-tec Gods be with Ya! Try this, disconnect the battery conection, both + and - for at least 20 mins. or more. reconnect the battery and see what happens. positive goes to + and negative goes to -

Just noticed you have the rxt-x not the P-X. So what I mentioned is probably irrelevant. Sorry about that!
