    RIVA STAGE I very impressive!

Tested the RIVA STAGE 1 kit today and was very happy! Went from 69/70, 8100 rpms (from stock with ride plate holes filled) to 75/76, 8050 rpms and better accelleration.

congrats to you and your RXP-X. Are these GPS numbers? or the increase you seen on your speedo. nevertheless, sounds like it was a set-of-the-pants increase in performance

did you fit the prop straight in or did you have to pitch adjust it??? also what size ring are you running for the nozzle??

I didnt touch the prop as I wanted to get a baseline from out the box. I had to run the 82mm ring to obtain 76 mph. Although, I think I will stick with around 85mm, cause I liked the accelleration of the stock venturi better. (still ran 75 with stock venturi)

Awesome numbers. I'll be doing the same mods after a few more hours are on the ski, so I now have an idea what to expect. Thanks for the info!

75mph without the reduction nozzle.....wow thats great. i put the prop in and im at 71mph where i was at 72.5mph before. im gonna test a reduction nozzle from my mechanic. it ranges from 80mm to 85mm so should be interesting. when you got 75 was that on a lake and did you noticable acceleration just from the prop.

75 without a reduction nozzle doesnt seem reasonable. When i didnt have the nozzle in i ran about 71-72.
