    mods to speed

Hi guys need some input please, so I have an 06 Rxp with XS IC, Green wheel, 42#ers, 4'' custum rear intake, shorty WB, 15/20R, pro block offs, riva intake grate, and a few other little mods. My rpm's are 8040-8140 the best speed I have got on my gps is 74.3 and most of the time it's around 73.5mph dose this seem right any ideas if not. Oil level is good cheaked that many times.

Check for boost leaks, check your intake grate, make sure it's flush with the bottom of your hull. If those are good, your good.
    74.3 is a decent speed

The RPMs sound just right if you have a stock ECU, so I doubt that you have a boost leak. But it is hard to tell unless you have a boost gauge.
Have you matched/trued up your rideplate and intake grate ? Any silicone/sealant from the rideplate smeared onto the hull ? If so you should clean that off, it will all add up. Also make sure that your OPAS blockoffs are not hanging below the hull, they should be flush with it.
