    Anyone ever replace sponson brackets?

After years of having my sponsons stepped without ever moving them, I tried to take one off and one of the bolts was corrosion tube locked into the bracket. Broke the bracket trying to get it out.

I Marine Texed my ride plate bolt inserts awhile back and it was kind of a bitch to get to them to clean em up. I am thinking that the sponson bracket is going to be even harder to get to.

Any advice to make things easier?

Yeah, Kroil. I used it on gas turbines for 15 years. Good stuff!

I think the sponson bracket is inside your inner hull. Not possible get to without cutting a hole.
