Headers Are On There Way To Me.....

I Have 5 Headers That Are On There Way. 1 Is Spoken For Thru The Store So That Makes 4 Left. I Am Just Waiting On The Gibson Muffler. It Will Be A Tad Shorter For It To All Work Together.

4 Unclaimed Headers. The Kits Will Be Sold With The Following

    Jacketed Header
    Jacketed Mid Pipe
    Gibson Muffler
    Stainless 45 Deg Turndown
    Powershot

    All For 2450.00
If You Chose Not To Go With The Powershot We Will Minus 250 Dollars.

i Can Not Emphasize Enough That Your Ski Will Run Lean. Real Lean. If You Do Not Use A Powerhot,or A Fuel Controler With A Wideband You Will Have Engine Faliure. Please Trust Me On This I Spent Many Hours Out On The Water Testing. A Rising Rate Will Not Work Because Your Ski Will Run Lean In Different Rpm Intervals. The Rising Rate Will Only Work Under Boost. Your Ski Will Be Lean In The Bottom And Mid Bad. Lean On Top But Not As Bad. Also Altitude Will Cause Differences Aswell. If You Have Any Questions Feel Free To Call Me.

Again Thank You For Your Paitence For The Headers Taking So Long To Be Completed.

What if you already have a RRFPR will you have to remove it for the powershot to work? Also will the powershot work with Riva and RR ECU's?

Also regarding the muffler... what if you already have the gibson, can you just cut the end to shorten it up?

No, you would leave the RRFPR in place.

Also, you would not need the powershot tuner if you have the Riva ECU. Only the stock or Rotax Racing ECU.

i think making claims about the requirements of fueling and tuning is a little premature personally... bottom line, A/F monitoring is a requirement...

doesn't matter what ECU you have... stock, Riva, Rotax... these ECMs have no way of knowing about exhaust power adders bc nothing in the exhaust is an input to engine management on our skis.

in my humble opinion.... large injectors in the ski and managing fuel with a fuel controller like the RUDE controllers that used to be popular are the way to go so you can fine tune the ski at any given rpm regardless if its a part detectable by the ECM or not... unlike what FPRs and powershot offer.

Well it will be interesting to see what people do to tune these headers. Also will be interesting to see what solid numbers come out of installing them. If they are helping only acceleration maybe do some stalker runs to see just how much it helps.
