15F testers - Skat Trak 13/19
I have a Skat Trak 13/19 that I never had a chance to test. I am willing to lend it to someone for testing as long as they are a known upstanding member of the forum, they are going to do some proper back to back detailed testing and they are willing to pay to ship it back to me.
I haven't seen anyone test this yet and I think that it would be best suited for someone with minor mods such as air intake and ride plate.
I am still working on rebuilding my 15F and other responsibilities, I don't think I will ever have time to do any prop swaps. I haven't even had time to swap the stock pump on my XP back to my RFI pump since I got back from Tennessee.

Mike you should have brought it to Norris, we could have tested it there..........

Harry, I did enough wrenching at Norris.
It is actually a 14/19 swirl. How do I tell if it is an "R"? It was in the pump when I bought the ski.

I would have changed it, hell I can change a prop in like 20 mins now, lol
Send it here if ya want to Ill test it out for ya, all I have is a homemade air intake ,a free flow exhaust and a rideplate, I pulled a 66.2 coming back down the Clinch River when we were there, but there was close to a 2 mph current, best I have run here is a 65.3 before I shimmed the ride plate down, now it runs a consistent 64.5.........but no bounce when riding one up.......

Send me your address and I will try to send it out this week. What are your current RPM's at 64.5 mph?

The "swirl" design is supposed to give better acceleration and less top end. The "R" or Solas Concord series is supposed to be a nice balance of speed vs. accel. The swirl has a more rounded blade design and the concord or R is less of a radial bend. There was another manufacturer that made a pretty straight leading edge (slimline ?) and it was supposed to be the best for top end but accel suffered quite a bit.
Your swirl will probably act like my concord with a 2mm kick to the trailing edge by greenhulk. Accel is very powerful, top end down around 1 mph. I'm probably a little out of my powerband at top speed now since I see 5 bars past 7k. I'm fine with it since I ride 2 up a lot these days and it helps gain speed quickly to jump wakes. Your taste may vary depending if you want more grunt or top speed.

Hey Harry, did that prop arrive yet?
Did I see somewhere that you had a Riva filter for the 15F? Did it come with an outerwear? Any chance you can measure the filter for me? Bottom diameter, top diameter and length. I need an outerwear and wondering if the Riva one will fit my filter.

So Harry has the Skat Trak 14/19 Swirl prop and took some pictures next to a stock 13/19 prop. The stock prop looks to me to be the same design as a Concorde prop. I will try to post the pictures.
