    Do it yourself gp1200r mods.

    What are some mods that I can do myself to have a better and faster ski...

    You can easily make this ski run 72 +. With some tuning, 74+.
    This will be a very quick ski, not a very fast one. It all depends on how much time and money you want to put into it.

    stepped sponsons, fill in all the bolt holes under your hull, put washers so angle your rideplate....there's a bunch of threads with little stuff you can do.

    edit* thought you meant freebie kind of stuff...lol. what kirk posted then.

    if you get the HO pump you'll need a different impeller, and if you get that.. then you'll need a higher compression head..

    can i step the stock sponsons?....I have a r&d ride plate, intake grate and skat trac impeller...Is there anything i can do with that stuff that will help..
