sho's alarm bypass
Ok ive had my SHO for a few days now and already tired of the dang unlock transmitter thingy...... I did a search but couldnt find any info so im aking all you wise PWC guys and gals. Is there a way to bypass or change the setting so i dont have to hit the remote every time i want to start the thing? I couldnt find anything in the yamaha book either? Any help would be appreaciated or just poing me in the right direction.

you don't need to unlock it everytime u want to start it . . . i just lock it up when i put it up for the day . . or when im at the sand bars . . .other wise it stays how u put it !!

mine locks automaticly....... if i turn off the engine and sit there for a few min i have to unlock it with transmitter befor i can start it.

if its doing that...ur ski is screwed up....u need to take it to the dealer....

Mines either locked or unlocked.
It's always locked in my secure home garage and left that way until I hit the ramp next time.
Unlocked then and used for the day, often stopping, but only being locked again if for some reason out of sight.
Locked up again after the flush and wash up.

yes, you have a problem it does not lock unless you hold lock button down till it beeps
