Issue's With The Gibson On Rxp
I Am Currently Working Out The Bug's With Fitment On The Rxp Gibson. Alot To Do With Fitment Is Due To The Fact Of The Back Of The Hull Is Angled Were As The Rxt Is Not. So Far For A Solution For This Is That I Am Having A Tip Made To Redirect The Point Of Exit Straight Instead Of Angled Up.
I Am Extremlly Sorry For Everybody's Instalation Nightmare's But I Will Rectify The Situation Asap.
I Will Not Send Anymore Out Until This Problem I Taken Care Of. Thank's For Your Understanding And Patience.
Very Truly Yours,

That should work out great, except for the people that currently have the RIVA kit, but then again they could sell the tip as well. . .
If anyone is still having trouble installing it on the RXP, use a "hump" coupler to connect the RIVA/Rude tip to Gibson(instead of the standard straight 2.75" coupler), it will take out some of the angle problem.

Nightmare alright. good to see that you are on it though. quick question. is there more glass work on an 04 rxp compared to others as the exhaust sits on a huge rise and when they are all lined up the best the exit hole (hull)and gibson exit are at lease 80mm out even when you spin exhaust and j pipe in every way. seems like the gibson intake is welded on the wrong angle so i will have to use two angled joiners to even try and make it work. the part that really sucks is i`m in Australia and now have a non working ski for the long weekend as i sold my custom stainless through hull sorry if i sound down about it, i just didn`t plan for these hick ups for the money to land one over here.

I feel your pain,
...and now you know why I designed the box in the GPRXP to look the way it does, with the weird front angles. It wasn't so much JUST the J-pipe, but also the angle at which SD has the exhaust/engine from each other.

Good to hear Jay! I ordered myself one of them hump couplers.
BTW I got the hardware kit in the mail yesterday. It has the everything to hook the muffler up though it did not include the support bracket. I am going to try and get my Gibson hooked up tonight.
