    They've got a lot of great deals....what stinks is that the website, catalog and stores are treated as seperate entities. If you order from the website and need to make a return, you can't take it to the store. It's like they are 3 different companies with the same name.

    ya it is crazy to make a return and there customer service stinks when they have a sale , theres always a million people in a the store at one and every body looks like they wanna quit there job ,

    i get my trailor stuff from there , cant make some the stuff in there even if you had your own tools for cheaper


    the wheels for carts are on sale , but i wanted a engine hoist she said shell get me a rain check ,

    Tip: If you miss the "sale", just talk to the manager and they'll still give you the item(s) for the sale price-anytime. At least mine does.

    They'll honor any price you find in either the catalog or on the website, instore. I found that the website is cheapest at times. All you have to do is print off a copy of the web page with the item, and bring it into the store.
