Cable Tie Mount Blocks that Glue In

In the '98 vintage seadoo made cable tie mounts that you could glue into the hull and hang wires from. The bottom of the mounts had somthing that looked like channels so you could push it into the adhesive for a better bond. I have wanted some of these on many occasions and can not find them.

Does anyone know where to get these glue blocks?

Home Depot and Lowe's both has them in the electrical section with the tie wires.
They have a sticky back that you must remove and then epoxy it to the hull.
Make sure you slide a tie through while the epoxy is wet so it does not clog up the hole.
