    99 SLX 1050 - Change Jetting?

    The boat is all stock. Can I change the jetting to improve performance?
    Has anyone tried this?
    I would like the boat to be better out of the hole. Top end is not a concern.

    try a jet works valve to dry out the waterbox,what i've been noticing a lot of on the keihins is the cen and pto carbs are getting out of sync,the plastic adjuster is wearing down and the blades get closed down on those to carbs,seems like an 1/8 to a 1/4 turn to each to open the blades seems to make them idle and hit off the line like they use to
