Well, I noticed on Jerry's store that R&D lists different grates for the P-X and T-X, but Riva lists only one for both. I am about to order the Riva, but if they are diferent, then how do I specify I need it for a P-X?

Yes X models are the same intake grate. I have both X models and can confirm 100% yes they are the same. I ordered the R&D grates, and they did have seperate part numbers but the grates themselves are exactly the same. I can still post pics if needed.

Thanks ED for the Pic... I'll tell you what that stock intake grate from you RXT-X looks exactly the same as my stock RXP-X grate..
Ed, how is the R&D intake grate working out for you? I just install my's yesterday and haven't had a chance to go test it out yet...

I had mixed results. There is another thread I started here called "mixed results with R&D grate". I did see about a 2.5 mph gain on topend speeds which was good. I think I hit close to 73 with e P-X and hit around 71.6 with the T-X. I noticed slight cavitation out of the hole with the P-X and slightly more cavitation out of the hole with the T-X. I went back to the stock grate and the cavitation is gone...along with the topend speed.

sorry to hear that.. But R&D makes a anti-cavitation cone... Which is new for the x models I wonder if that would help... I didn't see a price for it.. But there is a picture and description for it... But I'll will let you know if I have the same problem... I'm goin for a test run this Sunday...
