    bov question

    is it possible to run the bov off the 4tech intercooler blockoff?

    Why wouldn't you run it off intake vacum????? Don't think you had better connect to block off.

    i don't quite understand what you're saying. well this is my reasoning on why it should work...since the stock ic is after the throttle body, there should be vaccum (just like drilling the intake manifold, i'd rather take the vaccum from the blockoff and not drill)

    Not sure there is a vacum there? Most guys are measuring boost from there, which would be +(Pos) pressure. Any leaks there would slow you down, blow the vacum hose off. I drilled my intake very slowly and vacumed out any residual plastic. Ran the blow off valve and then took it right back off after I lost 3 mph. The BOV I bought was a POS. Running with out it now on my 06 RXP

    I dont see whats the differance weather you drill the hole in to the intake manifold or using the pre-tap hole on the intercooler block off plate... your still pulling from the same source... Can anyone confirm this?
