    RXP-X Flame Arrestor

I pulled the flame arrestor and tested yesterday.

There was little if any diffrence in acceleration and top speed remained the same 73.1 @ 8040 RPM

Since I pulled the arrestor thru the TB, I am glad I didnt waste my money on this mod.

    So far my mods are:

    Riva 3" Intake
    Riva Grate
    Flame Arrestor removed

Next I am going swap out the 83mm nozle from an 07 RXT.

Did it come straight out or did you have to take it out piece by piece? Any increase in rpms? Jerry said you should get almost 100 more rpm.

No more RPM, no more speed and luckily no unecessary money spent.

I might have gained a litlle acceleration but this beast pulls so hard in stock form.

I want to see a solid 76 like my 06 Stage 2 RXP but from my expierence so far I have to dish out a few $$$$.

A stock 83mm nozzle should give me a MPH or so. I have one laying around in the shop so I will try it tommorow.

Oh yea I had to take the arrestor out pc by pc with the manifold removed from the ski.
