    RXP lost rpms

Ok, noticed my rpms were down but everything was checking out ok, lake was very rough so figured that was the problem then felt it when i picked up the stick. had a stick get into the intake and got stuck in the impellor, shut it down immidiately and put it on the lift. Stick was about three inches long and as big around as a cigar. Got it out, the impellor looks ok and the wear ring doesn't look bad either but i lost about 1,400 rpms. Whats my possibilities to the problem ?

RedRyder: Welcome to the Forum! Did you pull the pump and really get a good look at your prop and wear ring? You will def feel a loss in performance if you have a good sized gouge or bent or damaged blade egde...PR...

Oh yea the oil is fine also. Earlier today the ski was turning up to 8100 rpms, parked it, started it back up a few hrs later then they were just gone......

I havent pulled it, just did a visual with the flashlight. If the impellor is bent any, want it cause a noticeable vibration ?

Not nessicarily....(and I totaly blew the spelling on that word)...I would pull the pump and check that things are good in there before going anywhere else on the ski...

That depends on the severity of the damage, nicks and a rough edge you won`t feel....PR...

Looked at the impellor and the leading edges are nicked pretty good. The wear ring has a "groove" all the way around it. Haha this my problem ?
