    My XS intercooler install.

First I have to thank JFizzleJR for offering the XS kit to eliminate some guesswork and lafjax for being so helpful.
I know there are already several of these threads out there but I just got mine installed using various ideas from the site so I wanted to combined them and show what I did.

    Picture 1: The JFizzle kit
Picture 2: Zink anode assembly. (thanks lafjax for the tips) Zink bought here - Zink link The other parts were bought at Home Depot.
Picture 3: Groco strainer using the original bolt location for the grab handle. Hose was from original location cut to fit.
Picture 4: Intercooler using stock hose. Other half from the incoming water line with 90* turn in it. Fit nice.
Picture 5: Intercooler loosly installed test fiting the incomming water line making sure there are no kinks.
Picture 6: Exit water lin connected. 3/4" heater hose from Advanced Auto. This runs next to the air intake and around the front of the engine spliced into the original exhaust hose.

    More pictures.

Picture 1: Hose spliced into original exhaust hose. (thanks lafjax for the tips)
Picture 2:Intercooler installed (clamps on SC are not tightened because it had to come out for Riva stage III)
Picture 3: Intercooler installed, different angle
Picture 4: Shew thats close. This was a pain because I didnt want it to hit so I wedged a screw driver int there to make some clearance then tightened the clamps. That bottom clamp was a SOB. It wouldnt line up right.

Please contact JFizzleJR for pricing. Just in case his pricing fluctuates with the times.

Check this link for all the flow numbers. I believe Danny did some flow tests with the XS http://www.greenhulk.net/forums/showthread.php?t=40111

Here is the link for the intercooler.

    Cool

Gus nice set up. I've got my kit from Fizzle and haven't installed yet. How long did it take you? Do you think the zinc anode blocks any water flow or there is plenty of clearance inside there, right? I've lost 300 rpms since we hit the 99 degree heat, I hope I can get them back with the intercooler.
