    Failed New Seadoo Clutch!!!

Take a look at this clutch. 3hrs old!!! I do have quite a bit of stuff done to my ski but thought the new Seadoo Metal Clutches were stronger then this. Metal should not break apart. Looks the same as what the ceramics did. Bet were gonna see a lot more of this as people do mods to the X charger. Got some new real Metal Clutches from Mark and going to put them in as soon as my new oil pumps arrive. Arhhhhh......

Cutter, your'e missing a few pieces of the puzzel. You have to clean your engine the right way. It's probably sitting inside, like a ticking time bomb. when you complete that circle, you have cleaned your engine the right way.

I just found out that BOTH of the special metal washers are in the engine. I rebuilded the SC just 1 hour ago. For me its normal that the washers are gone after 1-2 hours racing but never before they have broke down into the engine. I just hope that the pieces haven't done too much damage..

Oh No..I have an X-Charger sitting on the shelf waiting. I guess it is going to sit some longer. Anyone else have a similar experience?
