    ADA Head Problems

Anybody experience any problems with a ADA head pissing water from the head bolts?? Took my 785 out today, Hot Seat pipes and gas valves, 92 octane domes in the head and it was running great. A bunch of 7900 rpm runs and then it fell on its face. Ran it with the seat off and water pissing from the head bolt. It did this to me last year and I siliconed the damn thing down just to ride, I removed and re-sealed and it happened again. Any ideas??

    ADA woes

    Mickey,
Remove the head nuts and coat the threads with 1211, then retorque them and wait 24 hours before starting.. Hopefully it will work for you..
Randy DONT put Silicone on the dome O-rings..

    Still leaking

I tried the 1211 on the bolts and it still leaks through the bolts.
Can there be something wrong with the head or cylinders that this is still happening?

Take a lookie here,Here's what I'm running on the Matrix head to seal the bolts so they don't leak,They are reusable. If you just need to seal a bolt to a head surface these should work in the right size for the bolts. If your sealing a stud, then you'll need the triangle style ones.

That is strange. I have an ADA head on my limited Pro and run the crap out of it. I have not had any issues with leaks.

I hear ya that it is strange. Lugs ran a couple also with no troubles. Can it be that i am not using a torque wrench? I am ready to scrap the ADA and go to a hot seat.
