so your saying you ran it and it was fine untill the prop broke. you dont think the tightness was a factor??? how long were you running it from the time you installed it tight and to this?

I didn't hit anything.. WOT thru very light chop and **boom** then HUGE vibration.. I was told that the first gen. 15/19's were cut thin in the area where mine broke to gain speed. This happened after 60 hours of beating the chit out of my ski, SKAT gave me a full warantee It happened when I was passing Mtrager at 80+ haha but you can't claim a win when you can't make it to the finish line..

How much clearence is there between the prop and the ring. If you are .006 you'll be fine. If you are .004 you will get some light rubbing for a short period of time and may see some burn marks on the ring as the prop wears in. Get the feeler gauge out and check it.

If it's so tight you can't hardly put it in then touch it up with a file but if it goes it without beating it with a sledge hammer let it be.
